Refund:
Product return within 30 days of purchase in new, unused, resaleable condition with full original packaging is acceptable. If the product’s packaging has been opened or damaged, we may decline the return completely.
Exchange:
Product exchange within the first 30 days without physical or liquid damage is acceptable. But original packaging and accessories must be included.
To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (including receipt, e-receipt, Point Mobiles account history or gift receipt).
